Our Getaway in the Uintah Mountains!
We spent the 4th of July weekend at our cabin in the Uintahs. What a magnificent and beautiful place nature can be. I look forward to our weekends away. It is the one place that we can go and spend time away as a family with out interruptions. It really puts things into perspective.
The kids all love to fish, catch frogs, catch and release butterflys (they dont want to kill them afterall), ride the four wheelers, play games, roast marshmallows, take hikes, ride horses and bug Grandma all weekend.
I feel so incredibly grateful that God has given us the gift of Nature! What a place of great refueling of your mind and spirit.

I am so jealous!!! We have tried to find time to go to my moms cabin in Bear Lake, but still have not found it. So happy for you guys and the opportunities you have. We need to get together for dinner or something
Is that Lily Lake you're fishing at? I think we've fished that same spot! I'm jealous too...with gas prices...don't get me started....
i love it up there! but i don't think it counts as camping! we have a tv, running water, games, beds, and carpet! and a deck with a fence! thats my kind of camping! not like treke! that sucked! but i still had fun!
